We're looking for energetic and creative learning professionals to join our team.
HOW WE WORK
- We schedule our own events that we need to slot instructors to teach
- We have curriculum already developed which includes instructor guides, student guides, activity materials, presentation materials, etc.
- We ask that you adhere closely to our instructor guide, but DO ADD YOUR EXPERTISE to bring MORE LIFE to the learning moments
- Our instructors are generally independent contractors receiving a 1099 Tax Form
HOW OUR CLIENTS WORK
- Our clients may request a particular instructor (i.e. Bilingual)
- The client may need specific dates, location, delivery methods, etc. We try to meet our clients exactly where they need us to be
- We will work with our internal team to customize training for clients and finalize it for "the big day(s)"
- We will initiate a T3 to certify the instructor on the new material
- Our instructors go out and deliver quality learning services and we all walk way wanting to have more.
